Prior to joining NB as a partner, Paul established Abundant Media, a communications and content business which now forms part of the NB partnership. Before that Paul had a brief stint at the AFL as GM Marketing and Commercial operations and previous to that was Managing Director of Channel Nine in Melbourne, and also the Nine Network's National Sales Director. Paul is married with 4 boys(men) and is a board members of childrens charity - The Alannah and Madeline Foundation.

Before the creation of Noisy Beast, Adam was National Commercial Director of Network Ten with a broad range of responsibilities including network strategy, sponsorship, integration, cross platform and sport. Having developed and managed hundreds of integrated campaigns, Adam provides unique experience in developing and executing high impact ad campaigns. Stewart (Partner & Creative Director) has enjoyed a distinguished career in advertising including winning over twenty International creative awards (2 Gold Lions) for campaigns recognised worldwide for their effectiveness and creativity. Stewart developed the original suite of Victorian TAC Road Safety campaigns featuring “Drink, Drive – Bloody Idiot” as well as the phenomenally successful Swisse Ambassador campaign. His strengths begin with the strategy and evolve to the creative, with effectiveness the only measure of success.
