Noisy Beast has continued on its growth and talent investment agenda with the appointment of two senior creative hires.

Murray Bransgrove (left) will be joining the integrated creative and media agency as creative director and will team up with senior creative James Blow (right). The pair will work with Noisy Beast’s executive creative director Stewart Byfield.

Bransgrove has over 20 years industry experience with agencies such as M&C Saatchi and DDB, working with clients such as Tourism NZ, Tourism Australia, Volkswagen, AAMI, Apia, ANZ, Save the Children and RSPCA.

Says Bransgrove: “How exciting to be joining an agency with the growth ambitions and international reach of Noisy Beast. The agency is at a great size and stage for me to join and I’m looking forward to driving the creative agenda.”

Blow has spent the past 10 years at agencies Ogilvy, JWT and most recently, whiteGREY in Sydney, where he worked on creating the world’s first bionic tooth and translating the elephant language.

Says Blow: “There are definitely some exciting times ahead. I’m thrilled to join the Noisy Beast creative department and help it give our clients more roar.”

Says Dave Brown, recently appointed managing director at Noisy Beast: “Noisy Beast has a great culture and client list to grow on and part of that culture is senior people getting stuck in to client problems. Both Muzza and James bring to the agency a wealth of experience and creative awards. They are creatives that lead from the front and will be a great inspiration for the team not just at Noisy Australia, but through our hubs in Asia and Europe.

“We have some great briefs on the table and great clients to do some great work with, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the evolution of our creative output.”
